Shipping policy

Where we ship

 

We currently ship to the UK and US only. Every Kept in Print item is printed and dispatched from inside the country you're ordering to, so there's no customs delay or import duty on your order.

 

Delivery times

 

Personalised items (ornaments, mugs, blankets, portraits, apparel): production takes 2-5 business days, plus standard shipping (typically 3-5 business days UK, 3-7 business days US). Most orders arrive within 7 business days of ordering.

 

Non-personalised items: shipped from UK/US warehouse stock, typically 3-6 business days.

 

At Christmas, check our Christmas Delivery Dates page for the last date to order in time for the 25th.

 

Tracking

 

Every order gets a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. If tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, contact us at support@keptinprint.com and we'll chase it up.

 

Shipping costs

 

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
