Kept in Print is operated by Ben Fryer, a UK sole trader based in Worthing, United Kingdom. These terms apply whenever you use keptinprint.com or place an order with us.

Pricing and currency

All prices are shown in GBP (UK) or USD (US) depending on your market, and include applicable tax unless stated otherwise.

Uploading photos

By uploading a photo, you confirm you own the rights to it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright or contain content that's illegal, offensive, or infringes a third party's rights. We reserve the right to decline an order if the uploaded image is unsuitable, for example copyrighted characters or offensive content.

Orders and delivery

Orders are dispatched once production is complete. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, especially around Christmas — see our Shipping Policy for current information. See our Refund Policy for returns and refund terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
